  The room was clean, yet had a mildew odor that was very strong . The traffic noise from freeway was annoying. Breakfast was terrible. We went out for breakfast the second morning.

  The manager was very unfriendly when asked questions. our toilet was broken. our window was broken. ran out of toilet paper. we were there to meet our parents from co. ...

  The manager was very unfriendly when asked questions. Our toilet was broken. Our window was broken. Ran out of toilet paper. We were there to meet our parents from Co. and thought our room would be a bit larger from the description. Like the location, but will look for another hotel for next year.

  New, Clean, easy to find. Pierre lacks a good choice of places to eat so take that in mind. The staff goes out of their way to serve you. This is the place to stay in Pierre, SD. The Mexican Restaurant 200 feet away is awesome.

  We stayed here last summer and mentioned a couple of small maintenance items to be fixed. We stayed in the exact same room a year later and the items were never fixed - wall plugs defective and screen bent. Beds were sinking into the middle. Water pressure in shower extremely poor. VERY NOISY with kids running up and down the hall at all hours of the night, doors slamming very loudly. Our bed shook every time a door slammed. Walls are very thin - we could hear everything in the next room. Security door in parking lot was broken for at least a couple of weeks - didn't need key card to get in. Will never stay there again.
